Juror number eight was the first one to vote not guilty. Everyone thought that it was wrong of him and started to argue with him about his reason for the decision he made. But juror number eight stayed strong throughout the whole process and changed some of the group votes to not guilty too. That displayed his leadership ability. Everyone took part in the cause of various communication conflicts in the movie. One of those communication conflicts was when no one would give someone a chance to speak. There was always someone to interrupt someone else while speaking. For an example, when juror number eight first voted not guilty everyone had a negative thing to say to him all at once. When the jurors kept on arguing with each other it led to fights and that was not helpful for the process because you will not resolve anything that way. However, in the end everything had become calm and cooperative. There are some strengths and weaknesses in the movie, “Twelve Angry Men”. One of those strengths is when they all finally used the cooperating skills to come to one decision at the end. That decision was when they voted not guilty. Then of course there was a weakness such as, the time when they got into many arguments over little things, when they could have been concentrating more on the verdict for the case.
