At the nursing facility we follow the basic rules of decision-making by understand the problem first, next use critical thinking to analyze situation, make a decision, communicate that decision, implement and follow-up on that decision. Decision-making modes include decision-making strategy by using critical thinking to analyzing the thinking process involved in making decisions. Another decision-making model that was found on the internet is the ethical decision making models.
