Pakistan a key player in the war on terror is another country the U.S. has become allies with under the Bush Administration. Our intelligence agencies are working closely with that of our classic allies to fight the war on terror. Bush’s policy pertaining to our allies new and old does not end with strategic and military actions. This according to Whitehouse.com will be the larges assistance plan since the Marshal Plan. It is designed to give assistance to developing countries. Bush has signed a new version of the African Growth and Opportunity Act. This is designed to better the lives of Africans through a free market system. Melvyn P.
