Since she started hanging out with older people trying to get an understanding of becomming more mature and turning into an older Hillary Duff she's forgotten that she's only six-teen and has gotten herself into trouble with the law because she feels that she has the right to do what 21 year olds can do. She's illigeally going out with the 24 year old lead singer, Joel Madden from Good Charolette. Another bad thing that Hillary Duff has done since she was told to build up a more mature character is that ( , ) she was arrested for drinking as a minor at a club in Los Angelis, California.There are a few good things that have come out of proucing an older and more mature personality trait including ( , ) snagging a lead role in the hit movie "A Cinderella Story". A Cinderella Story is a twist of the original "Cinderella " movie. Hillary Duff plays Sam, Sam copes with her fathers death and her Wicked Stepmom and Stepsisters, her annonymous e-mail buddy who helps her over come her fears of facing her evil stepmom and stepsisters and arranges to meet her at a school dance, he turns out to be her prince charming afterall. She connected with her character so well. Hillary Duff also played the lead character with excelent personality in the movie "Raise Your Voice", Raise Your Voice is based on a true story about a high school sophmore who wants to go to a high class school of music in Boston. When her father refuses to let her go her Aunt, Mom, and herself plan out an excuse for leaving town for two months during the summer.The excuse being that she would be staying with her Aunt for the summer to try and get over the loss of her brother who was killed in a tragic car accident on the night after graduation and she blammed herself because she was with him and she survived while actually she was attending the school of music in Boston. In the end she reached high levels and was accepted into the school of music as an excellent singer and was also accepted as a singer by her father. Hillary Duff connected herself with the character she had to play and resembled an actress in her twenties with many years of acting experience not a six-teen year old actress. Another thing that I believe has had an effect on Hillary Duff as an actress and her popularity is her choice of style.
