The great glass elevator- Mrs. Teavee is very upset with Mr. Wonka and demands that he stop it at once. Goes so fast that everyone is screaming. Takes them to the TV room. TV room- Oompa Loompas send chocolate bars through TV and make it real. Mike Teavee is sent through the machine and comes out tiny. Mr. and Mrs. Teavee have a fit and Mr. Wonka wonders if he’ll grow back. Cause: Charlie has a passion for chocolate bars. Effect: Finds the last golden ticket in a candy bar. Cause: Augustus is obsessed with eating Effect: Is sucked up a small tube when trying to eat all the chocolate. Cause: Mike is infatuated with TV Effect: Gets shrunken by the TV machine when he volunteers to be the first ever human to be sent into TV. Cause: Violet loves chewing gum. Effect: Blows up into a giant blueberry Cause: Charley is the last person standing after the tour is over. Effect: Wins the chocolate factory Charlie is the last person standing, along with grandpa Joe, and Mr. Wonka gives Charlie the factory because Charlie gave back the gobstopper instead of making millions of dollars off of it.
