For them money is important, not just for what it will buy, but as a badge of success: money and status are inextricably linked. Therefore the first thing we should consider in choosing a job is the salary. If you could get high financial rewards by working, you would not only supply your family a good life but have a nice feeling of success also. If there were two different job opportunities for me to choose, I’d select a position with lower salary which will be developed in the future rather than the other one with higher salary.
