Bush vs. Kerry
.... He pulled our country through September 11, 2001, yet he has also taken us through some, what seemed like, endless wars in Afghanistan and Iraq. Some people have compared these wars with Vietnam, which bring up issues such that we never should have started war with Iraq. Bush is a conservative Republican. He does not believe in pro-choice for women’s rights, gay marriage, stem-cell research, and many other often debated topics. On the other hand, the views of John Kerry, the senator of Massachusetts and a representative of the Democratic Party, are completely the reverse. His beliefs consist of those such as pro-choice and stem-cell research. Just because Kerry is a democrat does not mean that republicans cannot support him. The late Former President Ronald Reagan, a republican, suffered from an illness called Alzheimer’s disease. Recently, at the democratic convention, his son Ron Reagan Jr., spoke encouragingly about stem-cell research.
