Mr. Bean at the Swimming Pool
...glad that he could go in the dive. Unfortunately he was stopped by the supervisor: “Get out of that place”. Surely such places are not for grown-ups. Mr. Bean did not get disappointed. Now he was gazing at a child jumping from a diving area into water. Mr. Bean is a greedy person so he wanted to test it. The brave man went up the stairs quickly. He wanted to jump. Ups! He was scared by the height. The man becomes very pale. He began to tremble. His mouth looked like a parenthesis with the corners straightened down. His eyes were open-hearted. What a miserable creature! He was leaning against the bar. He was kneeling and lying. He tried to jump, but he could not. He was looking down and he was afraid. Suddenly some boys approached. Mr. Bean tried to show them that he was not afraid, at least, he was an adult. But sometimes the adults are much more coward than children. He tried to jump but he rolled to his back. Using another method he tried to jump with the legs ahead. In that moment when our hero was holding with his hands and was hanging in air, the supervisor saw him again. He asked him for the second time to go out. One of the boys decided to help Mr. Bean to jump and trod on his hands. Finally, Mr. Bean was in the water. But do you think everything was all right after that? No, it was not so. Something striped floated in the water. These were his trunks, which slipped from him. He wanted to catch them and he began to swim. Oh! What a pity! A little girl had fished them out, before our swimmer could take them. The supervisor whistled and ordered everybody to get out, because the time was up. Mr. Bean tried to hide himself in the water. After he ensured that nobody saw him naked he got out from the water.
