Those exercises are all called aerobic exercises. Aerobic is a fancy word for needing oxygen, an aerobic exercise is any kind of exersize that makes your muscle use oxygen. Other fun aerobic exercises conclude of swimming, basketball, ice or roller hockey, skiing, biking , rowing (like on a canoe), dancing, skipping, rollerblading, soccer, cross-country, walking quickly, jumping rope and playing hopscotch. All those actives I listed are fun for kids and great exersize for their health. If you over work yourself you will most likely end up with muscle/tendon strains, loss of lean tissue, and fitness-level plateaus. There are six reasons why exercising is important, it helps prevent long term diseases, improves stamina, strengthens and tones body, enhances flexibility of the body, controls weight and improves quality of you life. Exercising helps prevent diseases because of two reasons our bodies were meant to move, and exersize helps prevent risk of heart disease, cancer, high blood pressure, diabetes and other scary diseases. Exercising improves your stamina by training your body to become more efficient and use less energy. Exercising obviously strengthens and tones your bodies by lifting weights to make you stronger witch strengthen your body. By exercising your muscles become more firm and toned also improves posture. Stretching exercises are also important for good posture. Stretches keep your body limber so that you can bend, reach and twist. “Improving your body’s flexibility through exercising reduces the chance of injury and balance and coordination”. Exersize is a great way to control weight because it burns calories. “If you burn more calories than you take in, you loose weight.” Once you begin to exersize you will end up knowing that exersize is important for not only beauty but for health too. Everyone should have their own exercising schedule, if its for the kids exercise may consist of soccer practice, basketball practice, swimming, biking, track team, if they are cheerleaders cheerleading practice, adults can do the same but may be some weight training running spinning (or something more adult like). Once you start exercising you should not stop a “stop start” routine is ineffective and can cause injuries. Being consistent with exersize is very important, if you are consistent you will earn the best results. If you are just begging exercising start off slower and with less than you think you should. Three days per week is realist and for a child all they need. A child should work out three days a week for twenty to thirty minutes.
