Particular to those who are afraid of dogs, they say every day they are on tenterhooks when take a walk in the neighborhood because there are so many dogs are showing their teeth. However, these opinions are protested strongly by many citizens who raise dogs. Some people say they clean their dogs’ excrement every time when walking them and never dirtied the public place. Some people insist their cowries are very docile and never frightened any people or barked arbitrarily. The most importantly, more people believe dog is a loyal animal. A dog and its owner have deep emotion each other. They thought it is too ruthless and unreasonable to make a dog away from its owner if this owner can’t afford the expense that the government want to collect.
