... taxing, but very rewarding experience for me. It was a long process of schooling, hands-on, and searching. Now, I am the youth minister at a Christian church in northeastern Ohio where my perseverance is finally paying off. I spent over a year going to interview after interview and constantly getting shot down by church after church for a position on their ministerial staff. However, instead of hanging my head and admitting defeat, I pressed on, knowing that the right "fit" would come on God's timing and not my own. That is one thing I have learned through all my experiences is that God's timing is perfect, and there is nothing I can do to change it, but it is all that He does.
