... saw this movie yesterday with my girlfriend and her daughter. I was somewhat hesitant to go see this for some reason but I may take my own kids to see it now. I thought the movie was really good. The animation was incredible, I am not sure what the technology they used was called but I know it was beyond what they use to create Toy Story and Shrek movies. At times, some of the characters actually looked real, the clothing they wore looked like real fabric and was quite amazing. Now to the story, which many of you may know since it is an old children's story. It begins with a young boy who wants to believe in Santa but is old enough to put 1 and 2 together and realize that he may be a hoax. He ends up on the Poalr Express, off to the North Pole with Tom Hanks and the conductor. Along the way, he and the other children on the train learn a few lessons of life.
