In the first place , the examination for gaining a driver's license should be strict.People can pass the exam and get a driver'license easily ,although they haven't clearly masterd how to be a qualified driver .Even worse ,many examiners bribe the polices,whose job is to publish the driver license to get a certification of passing the exam directly instead of taking the regular driving test .Under these cirumstances ,many driving killers appearing on the road .Consequently , there are serious accidents that could be avoided.
