history: conscription
...y were not apart of britian in anyway then they shouldnt have to be forced to fight in the battle of britain. the english and the french in canada split because the english wanted conscription because they had an alliance with britain and they had to fight in the war with them. they wanted conscription so that they could go over and help fight the battle in britian. the french ended up losing in the end and conscription was ruled over in world war one. Hitler ruled it and then forced the canadians: both french and english to the battle of britian.the french were not happy but went and fought in the war. so yehah i am supposed to write two hundred and fifty words but i have not thought of that many words so i am just going to babble on...
