...der mice showed surprising results by living 42 percent longer than mice on a normal diet and were far healthier in many ways. Results were even better in younger mice. Researchers are not sure, however if the same concept will be effective in humans. This experiment does prove that healthy eating habits are especially helpful in the elderly. Spindler hopes this experiment will help people realize that it is important to eat a healthy diet from an early age and that it is never too late to start.
