Also with their available income the best teachers in the systems will be hired, increasing the learning of the students. Students belonging to school systems high in the income scale will be reinforced continuously or not, for their achievements. Increasing their learning and their self confidence which in return will increase their achievement in the long run. Here in their safe places in life, away from harm, no major negative forces will affect the student dramatically to affect his/her learning achievement. In low class societies with low income schools systems, many problems occur that affect the achievement of its students that happen a lot and in many places. Due to their low income they are forced to hire low paying teachers that are not as educated or “good”. The education received from these teachers that is exactly the best result in learning that is not all that great. Many students may not be able to learn due to ways the material is taught or problems with the teachers in charge of the material. With less conditioned reinforcement for education as high class societies, education is seen by those as a priority not found in the top of their list. Many students may find working a job a bigger priority than education and will take time of their studies to work, which in the long run will lower the achievement of the student.
