...ery day when we came to band. He was very caring, generous, and he always believed in us. Most importantly, he tried to make band fun for us. He chose many different styles of music for us to play, so there was something for everyone. He always stressed that the most important thing was that we did our very best and that we had a good attitude. As long as we performed to the best of our ability, he was happy with us.
