...t apart for honoring veterans of W.W.‡T. However, now, it is for all veterans from every war. it is fair for them to have some benefits since many of them are injured from these wars. There are many cases such as veterans without vital body parts or severe mental trauma. These people risked their lives for the nation. It is only right to give them special attention for their heroism. It is important for a free society to have support for the veterans because it shows that our society can appreciate people for their efforts. In a free society, there should definitely be no special treatment for anyone by the Bill of Rights. However these veterans were once people who risked their lives for the peace of our nation. We cannot ignore them now that the wars are over and now there is peace. Giving them more attention does mot make our society biased. It just shows our gratitude and appreciation for their contributions. Many people do not fully understand the meaning of Veterans Day.
