After that, the two variables were divided (distance, time) and the speed was obtained. The next variable needed to be measured is strength (max squat weight). The protocol, which was used to measure their strength, is by kilogram in the weight plates. Participants were started at an easy squat weight which was about 20 kilo weight plate. In between intervals 10kgs of weight plate was added. Scores (kilograms) were recorded when the participants lifted there max squat weight or they cannot lift no more. Data Collection: The participants were asked to come in evening on a pleasant day. All the participants were in good health and free of injury. Their height and weight were obtained. The testing was conducted at a stadium where running track and gym was located. All the twenty subjects were being tested on the same day. Before testing, the participants were told to warm-up (i.e.) 5 min light jog, 25 push-ups, crunches and flutter kicks. At first all the twenty participants were tested on speed.
