...d in hearing. What is it that you intend your audience to like the most about your writing? Research every aspect of your topic to maximize the success of your writing. Depending on what it is that you are writing about, choose your style. Personally my preference is in expressive writing; I feel that I can truly express my feelings, my thoughts and my emotions down on paper better than spoken words. The organizing process of writing is where you gather all of your ideas, outlining the most important ones. It is where you construct the structure of your paper and decide the order of your thoughts. This stage is a critical one because the outcome of your organizing abilities will be exposed to your audience. After I complete the planning stage; I like to start by organizing my ideas. This is the area where I decide what comes first and what goes last. Organizing is not one of my strongest abilities; I have a hard time organizing my thoughts. Sometimes I find my self lost and confused trying to organize all of the information I have acquired. When you reach the drafting process of writing, it is important to have completed the planning and the organizing stages. This is the area of the process where you put down on paper all of the ideas and important subjects you have gathered. I usually start with a first draft, just to get all of the information I have acquired down on paper. When creating my draft paper, I like to emphasize on the key points of my paper, just to make it loud and clear on what it is that I am writing about. After you complete your first draft and also finish your thesis statement, it is time to finalize your draft. This is the stage of the writing process where you finish putting down all of the information and ideas you gathered through out the whole process. To conclude the drafting process it is imperative to finish by summarizing, referencing and formatting your paper.
