Most doctors say that marijuana is no more addictive than alcohol and tobacco. Studies have showed that smoking marijuana in moderations is not harmful. But when u abuse any drug that is a problem. If u abuse alcohol, caffeine Ephedra, cigarettes even pizza it will cause a health problem. Even if the drug is shown to be harmful isn’t it right for every person to choose what harms him or her? As I have said marijuana is a medical herb that has hundreds of proven, valuable therapeutic uses such as stress reliever to glaucoma to asthma to cancer therapy etc. marijuana has medical value. Here are some other reasons marijuana should be legal in America. when a drug is illegal the prices are higher because of the production and transportation and the scale of the drugs carry at heavy risk. So when people develop a addiction they must some how come up with the money to support there habit so they resort to robbery and other crimes to generate money needed to buy drugs so there would be less crime. It will decrease the crime rate if the herb is readily available. It will eliminate the need for a underground subculture. Marijuana enhances creativity. Street justice related disputes will decline. Meaning that when u makes a drug trade and someone screws you over you can settle it with out violence it would create the proper means to settle the dispute.
