To know if you are a bully, ask yourself these two questions. Are you a disaster if you do not win? Does seeing other people get frustrated, mad, or in trouble make you happy? If you said yes to either one of these questions, you can consider yourself a bully. Just by saying, have respect for other people, may change your mind about some things. Most likely bullies are strong, tough, and bigger than their victim. A lot of bullies bully because they are depressed, nervous, scared, or just because they want to feel more powerful. Most bullies are also bullying because they want to, or are following the crowd. That means that they are doing it just to fit in. They also do it to know that they can have control of kids smaller than themselves. Bullies may not stop even though you tell them to. Everybody has the right to be safe, and to be safe you have to do what's right, tell a responsible adult that you can trust. You will not get in trouble for telling about someone that is making you feel uncomfortable. Remember that you have the right to do something that something is to be safe. Read it, remember it, do it. Say you are walking down the hall and you see someone being bullied, what should you do? Do not just forget about it, be brave and stand up for the victim.
