Tom Sawyer in our life

I liked him immediately despite his negative features. He was a liar, an envious, naughty boy. And at the same time I was surprised to find that Tom Sawyer loved his aunt Polly. I thought that he could hate her for shouting at him, punishing him for everything and even forcing him to eat or take medicines. He did not want to show his love, because he was just a little boy, but secretly he came from Jackson Island to see his aunt. There is one more fact that he was a noble child and his behavior proved it. I reread the story of Mark Twain one more time about a month ago. I tried to see Tom Sawyer in some of my pupils, but I could not find many.
