... have to spend the millions of dollars that it cost for the FDA to label for each and every individual use. Can you imagine how much money would have been spent on simple “over-the-counter” treatments such as Advil, Sudafed, and Motrin? It is widely known in the medical field that there is a likelihood that there will be multiple uses for any number of drugs, not just what they have been “labeled” for. I don’t believe that it is a crime in any way, shape, or form. I believe it is just a way for the government to make some of the money back that they spend on programs such as Medicaid and Medicare. The government makes laws and imposes these limitations on the businesses, then searches with a fine-tooth comb to find even a minor breech. If they cannot find one, they simply add news regulations to cover for what they think that they missed and therefore will allow more restitutions to come from those whom the suits are filed against.
