Many Asian countries loo up to Filipinos as the elite class because of its compitency and the capability to speak the English language. Today, the Phlippines is even competing to other countries like Bangladesh and Sri Lanka in terms of economy. The only question in my imnd now is "Why?" Why does we experiencing this economic decline? What happened to the tiger country of Asia?
