The role I played within the group, I feel, prevailed over others. I helped others that had problems with the topic they were given to research and I collated everyone’s slides in my file. While presenting the work, there were points when I felt that other group members didn’t appreciate the help that we had given them. This made me feel like I had not done any work because I received the same grade as them. I read extra parts of the presentation because they were “shy” and I was a “drama student” and “was used to speaking in front of people”. There were two other groups and it was clear to see that they had worked a lot harder as a group. They had met outside class hours together and this was shown through the quality of their work and their confidence in their group. I know that a lot of thought went in to the other presentations and they were all really interesting and what the tutor expected of us.
