...ally thought the kid wasn’t guilty. I was shocked. We all started yelling at the guy. We had the right to; I mean we wanted to leave. He kept his cool. This guy said that he wanted to talk. Whatever, we talked. This man proved everyone wrong. I was trying to keep everyone’s vote guilty; but this guy persisted. We talked about the unusual knife, he pulled out one just like it. The old guy who said he heard everything, he didn’t know what he was talking about. The lady that said she saw the murder was as blind as a bat. The angle that the kid stabbed his father was all messed up. So out of my frustration, I yelled that I don’t have time for this, and I’m changing my vote to not guilty. The other jurors started yelling at me, preaching to me, they called me a coward. That foreigner really got into my face about it. He said it was an ugly and terrible thing to do. Whatever, I don’t care what that immigrant says. After that, the other ones fell too. The short mean one that was fighting as hard as he could for execution cracked.
