...worked for him until now, and he is kind of excited… until he loses too much. With his weight constantly dropping, his wife and daughter are both convinced that he has cancer. He goes to the doctor, and even after all of the tests, they only tell him that nothing is wrong with him. Whenever he mentions that it could be a gypsy curse, people look at him strangely and think he is crazy. However, two of his close friends who were very much involved in his case of the old lady, also have strange unexplainable ailments. Cory Rossington, the judge, is growing strange scales all over his body and is turning into something of an alligator before he jumps out of a window and kills himself. Another friend has acne like baseballs all over his body and eventually takes his own life as well by pistol. Now, Billy is all alone in his belief of a curse, and he plans to set things straight. He begins his journey to find the gypsy man, Lemke, in hopes that when he does, he will confront him, and he will reverse the curse. He is running out of time however, because he is still rapidly losing weight. When he does catch up to them, he finds Lemke and they do nothing but laugh at him when he tells them to remove it. They call him “white man from town,” and say that they will never “take it off.” While Billy is leaving though, he tells them that he sends the curse of the “white man from town” on them. If they only knew then how real his curse would be. Billy had known a mobster once who resided in New York by the name of Ginelli. After one call to him and a brief explanation of the situation, Ginelli was on a plane and on his way to meet up with Billy. Ginelli was a big fellow and had a way of convincing people to do things. The first thing he does to the gypsies is poison all of their pit bull fighting dogs. After this, he leaves a note to them saying “William Halleck says take it off!” No luck, so they continue in their pursuit. The next time Ginelli enters the camp, he goes in with automatic weapons and shoots the place up, success...
