...ch is your ultimate archival. Your career choice, your means to survive it’s what you dreamt as a child. I can be to be wealthy, to have fame, or fortune, to have a family etc... 2. Happiness, most of you are here because you are trying to further your education or earn a degree. For a better career choice, or to gain more money. You want a better outlook on your current life. You simply want more. 3. Satisfaction; aren’t you always pleased with yourself when you complete a task especially one that is difficult. What could be better than doing what you always wanted to? Even if you have to work at it. I don’t think that there are any excuses for not achieving goals that you set for yourself. Some reasons behind not attempting to do what would make you happiest are; not enough time, not enough money, more important obligations; like children, family etc... In my opinion, these and any obstacles can be overcome. That's why they are considered obstacles, deterrents for passage or progress. I’m stressing the word deterrent, which means to prevent or discourage from acting especially by means of doubt or fear. So basically what Im saying is that these are speed bumps to achieving success, not dead ends, or road blocks? In the end how can you aid people that are important to you, with necessities or love, if you aren’t happy yourself? You can't make excuses for settling for less, if you’re not willing to keep trying. I know that sometimes life is tough; regardless I don’t think that anyone should give up. I think what a lot of people tend to forget is that just because it's difficult for you someone somewhere has it harder and their striving too. So I've found 10 traits of successful people, hopefully these will aide you. 1. Successful people enjoy their work. They have a sense of purpose and are having the time of their lives doing their work. 2. They have a positive attitude and plenty of confidence. The successful never seem to doubt that they will achieve and when they do, it contributes even more strongly to their self-esteem. 3. They use negative experiences to discover their strengths. 4. They are decisive, disciplined goal setters. Most achievers have a clear idea what they want out of life and they take the shortest route to go after it. 5. They have integrity and help others succeed. 6. They are persistent. Founder of McDonald's, Ray Kroc, was turned down eight times when he applied for a loan to start his chain, but he persisted and kept improving until he got the money. 7. They take risks. Few people ever get to the top without sticking their necks out - and when successful people make mistakes, they shrug them off and go on with their lives. 8. They have developed good communication and problem solving skills. If they can't come up with an answer, they actively seek suggestions from others. 9.
