China would prosper greatly by being able manufacture all types of electronics. They would be able to do the work themselves and not have to outsource it, therefore saving the company more money. Hotel Chains- would be another successful business. China is one of the most touristic countries in Asia. All tourists need a place to stay and by opening up a chain of hotels would be profitable to the economy. 2. What are the challenges and risks associated with doing business in China? Risks in doing business in China is that its has over populated therefore it has cause an increase in the prices of the commodities it produces. The exchange rate policy for the Chinese currency has changed, by doing so it has affected them economically.
