Dodge Ram vs. Chevrolet Silverado
...n investigating on these two trucks. At the Dodge dealership, I looked at the Dodge Ram quad cab 4x4 and at the Chevrolet dealership, I looked at the Chevrolet Silverado quad cab 4x4 also. After a thorough inspection of these two vehicles, I noticed that Dodge’s quad cab has a bigger and more spacious cab than Chevrolets. I also noticed that both trucks have a 1500, a 2500, and a 3500 series of trucks. Both trucks in the 3500 series, have a diesel engine and which is also a dulley. Even though Dodge has the bigger cab, Chevrolet has the more stylish seating. Inside the Chevrolet Silverado, the instrument pannel is a little better than it’s later models. In the 2004 model, the instrument pannel, the center control stack and the glovebox were all rectangular and not very modern, and it also had a lot of chrome furnishings on it too which wasn’t too attractive. Inside the Dodge Ram cab, the instrument pannel and center control stack were nicely rounded and it fit properly all together which was better than the Chevrolet. Both of these trucks also had the option to have heated leather seats or the standard cloth material. Even though the Chevrolet has a bigger cargo area than the Dodge, the Dodge had a more sportier and elegant look to it rather than the old box style of the Chevrolet.
