She was not willing to eat or drink. It was like a tragedy in our home. It took a lot of effort to get her to talk. She told me that she was distressed by the exam results and wondered as to why her overall performance was not taken into account. Most of them were more difficult than the problems usually done in class. The teacher’s behavior was unusual. She had changed, so it seemed, from a smiling and caring person into an insensitive and demanding one. She hurried the students and provided no help in explaining a word or answering a question.
