When they got there, they got into a fight and lost about 4000 troops that day, but later on, about two months later, on September 12, 1759 Wolfe got hid best French speaking troops to climb up the huge cliff so that they could get to the river they needed to be at. These British men went up to the top of the cliff, then the French said,” Who dares to come up here?” and so the British answered in perfect French, after they finished answering the British hit the French soldiers with their guns, but not one gun shot was heard.
