...7 results are grouped between $5-$25, where as the year 12 results are grouped between $15-$50. Therefore it is evident that who spends more money and who spends less at the canteen. There is a definite pattern through the results of the year 7 data, which is that not one person exceeds the $25 mark. Where as the year 12 data did exceed this mark and ascended from that mark. Both displays of the data are skewed, though the year 7 data was positively skewed because all the data was recorded in the lower half of the scores, where as the year 12 data was negatively skewed because the scores were higher of those in year 7. The results of the two data sets were as I expected because I knew students in year 12 would spend more than students in year 7, for such reasons as students in year 12 would mostly have a job, youth allowance and higher allowance fro...
