College graduates should earn higher salaries?

Most students are children without any income who has to depend on their parents to pay their large amount of tuition fee, which might lead to the situation that many children born from poor families would lose their chances to go to universities they dream of. As one of the important factor of salary, the losing of college education would definite their poor status in the future, and the further losing of chance of higher education of their own children. Therefore, poorness transfers generation to generation through inequality of education. Then we could not say that everybody grows but equality. University graduates are the main force to build a developed society, which any aggressive country could not neglect.
