...genome. In an effort to prevent HIV/AIDS among our society the younger generations need to be more educated to this disease. As kids go through schooling health classes and disease control subjects should be promoted. I think that the older generation was less knowledgeable of the disease and cause/effect of it. As it is clear to me protection should be your first step to sexual intercourse. If people would protect themselves the population of HIV positive would not be such a large factor. If people took time to get and know there sex problem disease spread would have to decrease. For assurance of safety, abstinence would be the best way to control and eliminate diseases. “Death Stalks A Continent”, by Johanna McGeary and “Science and Profit”, by The Economist were the article concerning /AIDS and medicine reproduction. In the article it explains HIV/AIDS and its effort on educating the younger population of this growing infection. It explains views from Africa and reasons why the infection is so popular. It explains how more men then women carry the disease and how women die faster than mean. One women stated that she would rather prostitute and die from diseases than die from starvation.
