Description of a Chef's Knife

...nife is the back of the blade, usluly with a small towards the end. The handle, spine down, looks similar to Louisiana. It is sometimes made of wood, a synthetic wood, or the same material as the blade. The two pieces of the handle are held together by small rivets. THe rivets are most likly made from a cheap steel. The functions of the knife are many. It is an all-purpose knife used for chopping, slicing, and mincing. Every chef is trained with this knife before anyother knife is put into there hands.
