Moreover, there is also what we call specialization in division of labor. Those who are assigned to their tasks are those who are experts in those fields. This helps make the work faster on top of differentiation of functions. It is evident that differentiation of functions and specialization make work faster and effective in almost every process. Each member of a group, organization, or a society shares only one goal and they achieve it better when they divide the work among themselves.
